Steve and Colleen have owned and operated Mesa Top Farms since 1994. Their farm is 25 miles southeast of Santa Fe, New Mexico, 7000 feet above sea level. They have a herd of 80 Ayrshire cattle that they use for milk and grass fed beef on their several hundred acres of juniper and pine forest. They also have a large vegetable garden and over 500 laying hens. They are off the grid, producing their own solar power that runs their irrigation system and powers their farm and home.
